APN: etisalat
Proxy: blank
Port: blank
Username: blank
Password: blank

After configuring it proceed with the steps bellow

Download Psiphone Handler here, install and lunch it then configure it as follows

Tick Remove Port
Proxy Type: Real Host
Proxy Server: http://ent.nxtfwd.com/s/d/etisalat_ng#openModal
Real Proxy Type: HTTP or any other
Real Proxy Port: 80 or 8080
Then Save

Now go to Option and select UNITED STATES your region and go to More Option and untick Connect Through HTTP Proxy

Now go back connect and start surfing the net
